Could someone please tell me who performs the jazzy, bluesy, piano instrumental of Rudolph the rednose reindeer?
25/11/2008Anthony from Miami, FL
Crazy Al and Larry Matthews are two terrific DJs playing the best music ever created.

You guys keep the sound of the rock and roll era alive and display a deep appreciation for those times. You guys have heart and soul.

I am grateful that you guys are "on the air."

Take care, stay well, and God bless.
16/11/2008!
See you on the 8th.

Hello I am Brigham Auger's fiance in the philippines..(manila, beasa) I listen to your station on my pc..here. keep up the good work on the great music.. God bless you and your station
13/10/2008Dave Fairbanks
Love the great songs! It is great to hear tunes that nobody else plays anywhere. As a former D.J. I got so fed-up with program directors who only listened to the voices of $$$$ and locked us into playing just top-ten or top-40 music. That might be what sold, but memories go a lot deeper than that for most of us. With you guys, Rock and Roll is indeed here to stay!! Dave
05/10/2008!
Can three guys have that much fun talking about industrial insulation for two hours. I think so.

Hi Crazy Al,

I just wanted to say how much fun I had on your show a couple of weeks ago and thank you for having me on.

Now for the rest of the story. The day before my appearance with the one and only Crazy Al, I'm on the 10th green of the Rock Barn Golf and Country Club in Hickory, NC. I'm there covering, shooting high def stills for a couple of newspapers. It's the PGA's "Tournament of Champions Tour". Yes, R.W. Eaks, won it for the second consecutive time. So, I have a cell phone, I thought I'd turned off. Besides, it's got a Miami area code, I'm in NC. Who's gonna call at 8am? The cell starts ringing, just as one of the PGA Pros is putting, I'm grabbing it to turn it off. The putter made a birdie and everything was ok. With a few dirty looks. I walked way over to the rough to see who it was. Guess what? It was Crazy Al in Detroit calling.
"He Daddy-O, what's up?". Al didn't believe where I was. (grin)

Keep up the good work, Crazy Al!!!

Best regards

Hey everyone.....Crazy Al & Larry are the best DJ's in the whole world!!!!
They will do whatever their audience wants. They will play requests, and everything like that.
They did a most wonderful job for my 50th High School Reunion on Friday Oct. 3rd 2008.
The world is so much richer for them being on the air. They make the world go around in a happy manner!
Let's not let them ever go off the air again! Our world would be so dull and unhappy if they were gone again
I wish that I could take a trip back to Detroit, as I would love to meet them both in person. I already feel like they are family just listening to them for over the 4 1/2 yrs I've been listening

Thanks again guys, you are the greatest 2 guys in the world!!!

Karen :-)!

Just dropping by to say hello and thank you for the fantastic oldies. You play songs I haven't heard since they were on the top tunes! I enjoy the newer music also, but tripping down memory lane is so good for the soul.
18/09/2008Royal Oak Mark
Hi Guys! Sorry it's taken so long to get tuned back in, but as I look around here, it's lookin' good. Of course, you sound great and play only the best, as always.
Hey, Crazy Al, Larry looks older than you now! Why is that, Larry?

I have followed Oldies from the 50's and 60's. Your station renewed by confidence that this era is still alive and well. I have tried to all groups of that time, Impalas, Little Anthony, 5 satins etc.
Crazy Al and larry keep it up.
PS I had answer to your question on Sept. 8th. Sal Mineo but my email was sent back. Please confirm your email address to me at bkaspar@w4c.com
Thanks a Lot

Me again. They brought in a Elvis impersonator this last Sunday and we all enjoyed it greatly. We are all in the mood for more e.lvis. There is going to be trouble if we all try to get up and dance in the rec roome.

thank you!
27/08/2008Alan
I saw Little Anthony and the Imperials on the Letterman show last night. They have been together for 50 years and just cut a new album. They still sound great...Can you play one of their songs, in honor of their 50 years!

Thanks....
21/08/2008Karen from Cerritos
Terry,

I never thought of it that way, but you're so right, we fans are the radio party, and that is what each and every show of their's is, a radio PARTY!!!
John and I are so happy that the show is doing so well in this new venture here!!! Hope it lasts at least another 50 yrs or more!!!!
Once again, Crazy Al's Radio Party is my "good day starter", and gets my day off with a great upbeat start!!! Makes getting up at 4:00 to 4:30 each morning so worthwhile!!!
Keep up the GREAT shows guys, your #1 fan..........and thanks again for giving me my youth again with this great music and show of yours!!!!

I adore Crazy Al and Larry.....I love these guys.....nearly fell on the floor listening to Crazy Al extol the virtues of what it is like being a selfless and loving individual...as Larry chimes in a few seconds later...softly informing the listening audience with the following...'Al...'...who responds...'Yes good buddy Larry..?'...who then blasts him with...'You're an idiot!!"....Keep up the great work and the fabulous OBGs! Your pal in Boston, Don Megerle

I have just opened up the guestbook today, and have read Karen's two emails - yes Karen to your most recent one!
All the fans should know that we experienced some serious technical problems during the last month, and guess who came in and saved us once again? None other than Jim and Lance. We sound wonderful again thanks to them.
Thanks to the guys and to every single one of our precious, precious fans!
17/08/2008Karen from Cerritos
Walter,

Do you mean Jim & Lance? Yes, they have been lifesavers for Crazy Al & Larry...........
Without their expert help, Crazy Al's Radio Party might not be!
They do many of the voice overs, and the voices for the special little "intro's" and things!!! They are two great guys Jim and Lance are!!

Hey Karen,

I think you forgot to thank those other guys I have seen and heard about on the show. I cannot remember their names at the moment.

I dont know if you are intentionally targeting us old foks or not, but several months ago they installed a computor in our rec room for us to browse the web, we like your music from ages ago, too much fuss in newer music and too many ads, we like your simple message since we feel disconnected with the world we once knew and cooped up in here sometimes. Thancs for the smiles keep the old stuff rockin
13/08/2008Bruce Adams
Been a while since I checked in with CA and Larry, but fear not, I have been around....still proudly displaying the coffee mug and t-shirt. Speaking of which...I live near San Francisco with its vast number of street pan-handler people. What do you think of the idea i donate the mug and shirt to one of the more prominent of said street people? Think of the thousands of souls that may pass by that individual on any one day...and the free advertising that may follow...ok, ok, maybe not such a good idea.
08/08/2008Karen from Cerritos
Hey guys,

So good to hear that your ratings are shooting so high!!! Your show fulfills a need in so many of us that happen to love the "oldies".
And there are more of us than one would think!!!
And thanks Larry for all the great "INFO" that you give with your show.........I have always loved the music, and I do mean music, of the 50's and early 60's, but never really knew things like titles, artists and the stories behind them.
Don't listen to those that want "all music".........your shows wouldn't be anything without the banter, and info given out by both of you.
And Terry Seale......one big huge THANKS for everything you and your son have done for us as far as Crazy Al's shows are concerned!!

Thanks for all you all do for Crazy Al's Radio Party!!!!

Love love love you all so much!!!!

Crazy Al,

It's so good to have you and Larry back, I hope this time forever. As an automotive engineer, I enjoy not only the music but the informative interviews and industrial news. Now if I could only get you guys on my car radio! Best wishes to you and the entire Industry Visions team!

The format is interesting but I don't get the mix of music and talk combo? Do you have another stream of just music?
21/07/2008Pat the Fratt listening in Marsh Harbor, Bahamas
Hey Crazy Al,

I'm over in Marsh Harbor, Abaco, listening to you guys. You sound great as ever. I'm down here helping to get Radio Abaco, 93.5 FM back to full power. Lightning hit 'em. So, of coarse you gotta play Lou Christie. I think you might have a new "affiliate", the Abaconian's at the station think your show is the most original they've heard in a long time.

Hey Crazy Al,
In that last thread, I didn't mean to
dis your music. I was just typing too fast. I get excited at the mure mention of your name. <grin> What I mean't to say is: You CAN'T HEAR music like this anywhere on the internet. There is only one place, YOU'RE IT. As I type this, your playing "Come On Little Angel" by Dion wow, WOW! I haven't heard that since when?? 1963??
You're too much. Hey, I know Dion, he was on my bowling team in 1973 down in Miami when I was afternoon man at WWOK-AM/WIGL-FM. It was for cyctic fibrosis I believe. We came in tenth!!
